It creates real opportunities for young people from economically and socially disadvantaged backgrounds by offering training, mentorship, and meaningful jobs in hospitality.
More than just a café, aris is a safe learning space where youth gain practical experience, build confidence, and develop the skills to pursue longterm careers or even launch their own businesses.
The café operates as a non-profit. While daily operations are covered through regular sales, any surplus revenue is fully reinvested into:
– Ongoing staff training and development
– Personal growth opportunities
– Our partner project Plant Water Grow, which supports local communities through sustainable agriculture and education.
