The reality for many families in Cambodia is harsh. Selfbuilt shelters, limited access to clean water and hygiene and even less access to education. Behind these circumstances are normal with hearts full of love. People who simply want to enjoy life, chase their dreams and deserve dignity, safety and opportunity.

Today Cheata, Daniel and Hannah from our team visited Run Ta Ek, about one hour from Siem Reap, to support the community and to speak with locals as we search for future staff for our café. Run Ta Ek is a place built from nothing. It is a relocation site for thousands of families who were forced to leave their original homes. Some lost their land because of the new airport and others because of the protected zones around Angkor Wat. None of them carry any fault. They lost their homes, their stability and a part of their identity. And yet their hearts remain open. Their kindness, their smiles and their love are overwhelming. These people deserve more than survival. They deserve opportunity, education and hope. We want to be part of something meaningful. Not just a business but a place that gives back. A place that creates jobs, dignity and a future.
